Starting off ..........
We begin the journey with a recommendation: read George RR Martin's Fire and Ice Series, beginning with "Game of Thrones" ... if you who are into historical fiction, fantasy, Lord of the Rings, Tolkien, etc., you will love this series of books. My wife and I are currently completing book three of the five- (soon to be six-) book series.
